From the Skyrim DLC Dragonborn, this handsome dude is a hireling in Raven Rock. He refuses to take off his helmet, but if you pickpocket his helmet, he looks like this (sans the fabulous body tattoos I added because I can.) You need 100 in pickpocket and Perfect Touch to steal the thing, but its worth it.

Damn you Bethesda for not letting me to marry him. Guess my dragonborn will just have to have an affair.

Great work! Yeah it sucks he won't take off his ugly helmet... unfortunately my Dragonborn is mostly warior, so doesn't have high pickpocketing

I killed him (that was pretty hard task) just to take a look of his face.
He's fine, after that kill I just loaded my last save.

My character sucks at pickpocketing, so is there any other way get his helmet?

I think you probably can on a PC with console commands, but since I play on Xbox, I don't know any details. On xbox you are stuck with stealing. And you have to be at 100 and have all the perks to do it.

As far as I kow there isnt any console command for searching NPCs inventory.
But now when I think of it, there is 'add perk' command Ive never tried. Maybe I should try it out o/
or then kill him, steal his helmet and then use 'resurrect'

Pity you cant give tattoos to any characters, they would be nice
