Hm its quite good, but I noticed that some parts of the piece are very detailed, like the eyes or the skin, and other parts seems to be almost neglected. Especialley the hair looks very shallow and reachless. I guess, these are not the best words for it, but you know what I mean, right? There is still room for more.

You know, I think you are right. I may edit this eventually, but more likely I think I'm just going to have a waiting period before posting in the future. I think the hair is fine, but not in comparison to the detail on the face. It seem pretty obvious now.
